If your mom wasn’t one of those homemakers who food colored everythinggreen on St. Patrick’s Day, what can I say?   You missed out. Luckily (pun completely intended), your child can have the same experience without you slaving over a grill trying to make perfect four leaf clover pancakes! Use your innate creativity to come up with an easy green menu that they can brag to their fellow leprechauns at school about.   Here are some worth-the-fuss and fuss-free versions of fun menus to keep your friend’s kids green with envy.
