With Cinco de Mayo just around the corner, I have been brewing ideas for mi pequeña fiesta.  Each year, my husband and I throw a Cinco de Mayo dinner fiesta to celebrate the years he lived in Guanajuato, Mexico!  This year is no different, but I wanted to switch up the dessert menu a little beyond my easy “Fried Ice Cream“.
