Gorgeous Gingerbread Cakes

These perfectly sized mini gingerbread cakes are delicious! They are full of Christmas whimsy but add a bit of adult flair that cupcakes can be missing. I was first inspired to make them when I saw these beautiful photos of them on VeganYumYum. No, I am not vegan, but I do have friends that are; thus, I do like to incorporate different cooking methods into my entertaining. These are definitely worth trying and will get lots of great reviews!
