Miniature personal pies are all the rage right now. And what better time to jump on the bandwagon than this Thanksgiving? Blame it on the cupcake, but every one is loving these mini sweet treats. Here are some of our favorites for inspiration. Recipes are included for most!

Love the mini pies…..We made them in wide-mouth mason jars for Enrichment (see link below). Inspired by the mini pie idea, I made mini chicken pot pies. They’d be perfect for turkey leftovers! And you can freeze them for later
